Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Full payment in advance, after the reservation has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In case of cancellation or NO SHOW, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.

At least 60 days prior to arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a full refund of the amount paid will be granted. At least 30 days prior to arrival date - a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be granted. If the penalty-free cancellation period has passed, no refund will be applied. The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay. In the event of a "No Show" or early departure, we will charge for the full period of the stay. Café Jeri Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or provide service or accommodations to the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the hotel premises, acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for accommodations or services.

Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in: No cost. You can cancel your reservation without any penalties up to 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations from 14 days to the check-in date: A fee equivalent to 100% of the stay value will be applied.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, and Holiday Packages: Non-Refundable
