Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To secure your reservation and the chosen accommodation, we kindly request that a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value be made. This deposit must be completed within 72 hours after the reservation confirmation. It's important to send the proof of payment to the email [email protected]

Should the deposit payment not be confirmed within this timeframe, we regret to inform you that your reservation may be automatically cancelled. This policy ensures the availability of our apartments for all our guests.

Cancellation Policies

Full payment in advance, after the reservation has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In case of cancellation or NO SHOW, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.
