Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Thank you for choosing us and we're looking forward to welcoming you! To secure your reservation and the chosen accommodation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost. This deposit should be made within 72 hours after the reservation confirmation.

Important: If the deposit payment is not confirmed within this period, we regret to inform you that your reservation may be automatically cancelled. This measure is to ensure the availability of our apartments for all our guests.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/22/2025 - 1/5/2026
2/13/2026 - 2/18/2026
12/22/2026 - 1/5/2027

Full payment in advance, after the reservation is made, cancellation is not permitted. In case of cancellation or NO SHOW, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.

Dear guest, we understand that unexpected things happen. Here are our cancellation policies to help you plan your trip with ease:

Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in: No charge. You can cancel your reservation without any fees up to 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations from 14 days up to the check-in date: A fee equivalent to 100% of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, and Holidays Packages: Non-Refundable
