Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Thank you for choosing us, and we're excited to welcome you! To secure your reservation and the chosen accommodation, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value. This deposit must be made within 72 hours after the reservation confirmation. It's important to send the proof of payment to [email protected]

Important: If the deposit payment is not confirmed within this period, we regret to inform you that your reservation may be automatically cancelled. This measure aims to ensure the availability of our apartments for all our guests

Cancellation Policies

Full payment in advance, after the reservation has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In case of cancellation or NO SHOW, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.

Cancelamento sem Multa: Até 30 dias antes do check-in, você pode cancelar sua reserva sem nenhuma multa.

Cancelamento com Multa Parcial: Cancelamentos realizados entre 30 a 15 dias antes do check-in estão sujeitos a uma multa de 50% do valor total da estadia.

Cancelamento Tardio ou No Show: Cancelamentos feitos com menos de 15 dias de antecedência ou não comparecimento resultarão em uma multa de 100% do valor total da estadia.

Observação: Estas condições aplicam-se a todas as reservas, salvo indicação em contrário na sua confirmação de reserva.

No Fee Cancellation: Up to 45 days before check-in, you can cancel your reservation without any penalty.
Partial Fee Cancellation: Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days before check-in are subject to a penalty of 50% of the total stay cost.
Late Cancellation or No Show: Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance or failure to show will result in a penalty of 100% of the total stay cost.
