Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After the reservation is made, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Up to 30 days before check-in:
Return of 80% of the reservation deposit amount paid.

Within 30 days before check-in:
80% credit at the inn for a new date, being the check-in date, within a maximum period of 12 months

Less than 7 days from check-in:
Non refundable
