For these periods, reservations will only be made upon full prepayment at the time of booking.

On other dates:

- After making the reservation, the credit card details are automatically processed according to the total amount of accommodation and installments defined by the guest. If the card is not authorized, the reservation will not be confirmed; - IMPORTANT: We inform that we will not accept reservations with a third party card, that is, the cardholder must be the same holder of the reservation. If the reservation is made outside the established, the reservation will be canceled. If the reservation is made outside the established, the reservation will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY - HOLIDAYS:
- Our cancellation deadline is up to 14 days before check-in;
- In case of cancellation within the stipulated period, we will cancel the reservation free of charge;
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.
