After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total value of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to secure the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Cancellation Policies

If the reservation is canceled more than 20 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded, except for shipping costs. Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of your stay will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total amount of the booked period. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we inform you that the cancellation policy may change in accordance with new decrees sanctioned at the municipal or state level. IMPORTANT: The cancellation policy also serves as a rule for requests to change dates or reschedule reservations. Cancellation of stay on arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit on new daily rates, resulting in the payment of the total amount of accommodation for the period reserved. Closed packages, delayed check-in and/or early check-out, will not entitle you to a reduction of the original contracted value of the package. Cancellation must be requested in writing (via e-mail), informing the full name of the holder and period of the reservation, cancellation or alteration by telephone or instant communication device (Whatsapp or similar) is not accepted. The receipt of the request as well as the cancellation must be confirmed by Morada Baden Baden via email. Requests arising from exceptional situations must be sent in writing in the aforementioned manner, and accompanied by documents that prove the facts reported.
