Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastecard) or Pix or bank transfer.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and for cancellations within the deadline, a refund will be made, and after the deadline, no refund will be made.
For companies in the invoiced mode, payment is made within an agreed period.

*With the exception of New Year's Eve and Carnival, which are non-refundable.

In high season until 15 days prior to check in without cost;
Less than 15 days of check in will be charged 50% of the reservation value

In low season: until 02 days prior to check-in cancellation without charge (contact the hotel requesting). Less than 02 days of check in will be charged 50% of the reservation value

New year's Eve, Carnival and Easter until 30 days will not be charged any penalty, after this period, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

"NO SHOW" (no-show): In case of No Show, will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

In case of early departure of any reservation, package or not, will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Check out - 12 noon (noon)

- Children up to 5 years old are free (01 free per room)
- Over 5 years old, a 30% increase will be charged on the daily rate.

*Important: rates with Half Board or Full Board meals are not included for the complimentary CHD (child).

- Reservation confirmation and/or change will be made through prepayment by bank deposit or credit card debit.

The balance of the daily rates relating to the reservation and/or change must be paid upon the guest's arrival at the hotel and other expenses incurred during the stay upon check out.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will be charged according to the cancellation policy corresponding to each reservation.
In case of early departure, for any reservation, whether package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
* It is at the Pousada's discretion whether or not to give a letter of credit for daily rates, to be used in a future period stipulated in each situation.
The user may arrange to be replaced by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.

NO SHOW POLICY:
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked arrival date. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. (until 12:00 pm the following day).
After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and will follow the same procedure as in our cancellation policy (100% will be charged).
