The daily balances referring to the reservation and / or change, must be paid on the guest's arrival at the hotel and the other expenses that are incurred during the stay at the end of the same.

Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance are free of charge.
Cancellations requested under 30 will be charged a cost of 100% of the total reservation.
No show (no show) cost of 100% of the reservation

- Guests can enjoy the area and service of the Silk Beach Club by making a 24-hour advance reservation (made at the reception of the inn) and according to the availability of space (limited capacity). - Small pets are allowed. A 10% increase will be charged on the daily rate for the stay. * Pets are not allowed in the Pousada's social areas (swimming pool and breakfast room). Any inconvenience caused by the pet, altering the normal functioning of the inn or jeopardizing the well-being and / or comfort of other guests may result in the loss (s) of the daily (s) / of the contracted package. - Children up to 5 years old do not pay (01 free per room) - Above 5 years old will be charged a 30% increase over the daily rate. - Confirmation of the reservation and / or changes will be made through prepayment by bank deposit or credit card debit. The user can arrange to be replaced by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date. NO SHOW POLICY: No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved entry date. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. (until 12:00 the next day). After this period, we will consider the reservation canceled and follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy (100% will be charged).
