Forms of payment - Money, deposit, transfers and credit / debit cards. The prepayment of confirmation of reservations and / or change can be paid by credit card and / or bank deposit, in a current account to be designated by the Pousada and the receipt should be sent to the email: [email protected]. The balances of the daily reservation and / or change fees must be paid upon arrival of the guest to the hotel and any other expenses incurred during the lodging at the end of the stay.

General Policy

- Guests can enjoy the area and service of the Silk Beach Club by making a 24-hour advance reservation (made at the reception of the inn) and according to the availability of space (limited capacity). - Small pets are allowed. A 10% increase will be charged on the daily rate for the stay. * Pets are not allowed in the Pousada's social areas (swimming pool and breakfast room). Any inconvenience caused by the pet, altering the normal functioning of the inn or jeopardizing the well-being and / or comfort of other guests may result in the loss (s) of the daily (s) / of the contracted package. - Children up to 5 years old do not pay (01 free per room) - Above 5 years old will be charged a 30% increase over the daily rate. - Confirmation of the reservation and / or changes will be made through prepayment by bank deposit or credit card debit. The balance of the daily rates referring to the reservation and / or change, must be paid on arrival of the guest at the hotel and the other expenses that are incurred during the stay at check out. Cancellation policy Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] or by calling (22) 2623-7070. Cancellations will be charged according to the cancellation policy corresponding to each reservation. In case of early departure, in any reservation, be it a package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. * It is at the discretion of the Pousada, whether or not to give a daily letter of credit, to be used in a future period stipulated in each situation. The user can arrange to be replaced by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date. NO SHOW POLICY: No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved entry date. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. (until 12:00 the next day). After this period, we will consider the reservation canceled and follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy (100% will be charged).
