Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastecard) or Pix or bank transfer.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and for cancellations within the deadline, a refund will be made, and after the deadline, no refund will be made.
For companies in the invoiced mode, payment is made within an agreed period.

*With the exception of New Year's Eve and Carnival, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

The policy for promotions, packages, New Year's Eve and Carnival are non-refundable.
Non-refundable policy: requests for changes and/or cancellations cost 100% of the reservation.
