Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment methods - Cash, deposit, transfers and credit/debit cards.

Prepayment for confirmation of reservations and/or changes can be paid by credit card and/or bank deposit, in a current account to be designated by the Inn and proof of payment must be sent to the email: [email protected].

The balance of the daily rates related to the reservation and/or change must be paid upon arrival at the hotel and any other expenses incurred during the stay must be paid at the end of the stay.

Cancellation Policies

Policy High season, holidays and packages.
Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance, free of charge.
Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
No show (no-show) 100% of the reservation

Special packages
• Up to 14 days before check-in: no charge;
• From 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the reservation amount will be charged;
• Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, i.e. non-refundable

NO SHOW Policy
• No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved date
• The apartment will be available until 12:00 pm the following day
• After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled and the fine will be 100% of the total reservation amount

* In the case of early departure of any reservation, regardless of the period, the total amount of the reservations will be charged
