- All reservations must be guaranteed with advance payment using one of the payment methods below:
1-Credit card.
2- Bank deposit (Pix).
3- Only in the case of operators with an agreement, Invoiced;

Policy applicable on dates: 7/1/2024 - 7/31/2024

Cancellation Policy - Flexible 14 days free
- Cancellations or changes up to 14 days before check-in time can be made free of charge. Cancellation and changes after this period will be charged 50% of the reservation;
- No Show - failure to show will result in 100% of the reservation cost.
- For reservations with early departures, that is, before their normal date, no amount will be refunded, the total amount of the reservation must be paid normally, and in case of payment already made there is no refund.

2/28/2025 - 3/4/2025
4/17/2025 - 4/23/2025

Non-Refundable Policy - Non-Refundable
Reservations with a non-refundable policy cannot be canceled and/or changed. In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

- Cancellations or changes up to 30 days before check-in time can be made free of charge. Cancellation and changes after this period will be charged 50% of the reservation;
- No Show - failure to show will result in 100% of the reservation cost.
- For reservations with early departures, that is, before their normal date, no amount will be refunded, the total amount of the reservation must be paid normally, and in case of payment already made there is no refund.
