Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment methods - Cash, deposit, transfers and credit / debit cards. The prepayment for confirmation of reservations and / or changes can be paid by credit card and / or bank deposit, in a current account to be designated by the Pousada and the receipt must be sent to the email: [email protected]. The daily balances referring to the reservation and / or change, must be paid on the guest's arrival at the hotel and the other expenses that are incurred during the stay at the end of the same.

Cancellation Policies

Special packages
• Up to 14 days before check-in: no charge;
• From 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the reservation amount will be charged;
• Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, i.e. non-refundable

NO SHOW Policy
• No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved date
• The apartment will be available until 12:00 pm the following day
• After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled and the fine will be 100% of the total reservation amount

* In the case of early departure of any reservation, regardless of the period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged

Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance are free of charge.
Cancellations requested under 30 will be charged a cost of 100% of the total reservation.

Policy Cancellation Standard Low and Medium Season Cancellations requested up to 15 days in advance. No Charge Cancellations requested with less than 15 will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reservation. No show (no show) cost 100% of the reservation
