Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastecard) or Pix or bank transfer.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and for cancellations within the deadline, a refund will be made, and after the deadline, no refund will be made.
For companies in the invoiced mode, payment is made within an agreed period.

*With the exception of New Year's Eve and Carnival, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

Special packages
• Up to 14 days before check in: free of charge;
• From 7 to 14 days after check in: 50% of the reservation value will be charged;
• Less than 7 days before check in: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, i.e. non-refundable

NO SHOW Policy
• No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked date
• The apartment will be available until 12pm the next day
• After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and the fine will be 100% of the total value of the reservation

12/27/2026 - 3/4/2027

In high season until 15 days prior to check in without cost;
Less than 15 days of check in will be charged 50% of the reservation value

In low season: until 02 days prior to check-in cancellation without charge (contact the hotel requesting). Less than 02 days of check in will be charged 50% of the reservation value

New year's Eve, Carnival and Easter until 30 days will not be charged any penalty, after this period, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

"NO SHOW" (no-show): In case of No Show, will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

In case of early departure of any reservation, package or not, will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

On other dates:

Low season
