*Non-refundable reservations will be charged in full, and cancellations or changes are not permitted without charge.*
Customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cancellation Policies
This is a non-refundable special offer, meaning the reservation cannot be canceled or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. There is no refund of any amount already paid.
On other dates:Reservation with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am of the day following the date of check in, after this time in case of no-show (no show) it will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid. Requests for cancellation of reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email ([email protected]) within up to 10 days before the check-in date Upon arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure , in any reservation, whether packaged or not, the total amount of the reservation period will be charged. The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above. We do not accept checks and American Express cards.
