Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation will be guaranteed after payment confirmation.

*Non-refundable reservations will be charged in full, and cancellations or changes are not permitted without charge.*
Customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate, meaning that reservations made using this rate cannot be cancelled and/or changed without charge.
In case of no-show, the total cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided.
There is no refund of the amount already paid.
Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10:00 AM on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
Cancellation requests for reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email ([email protected]) within 14 days before the check-in date, with a full refund. If cancellation is not requested within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.
After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure, in any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the total value of the reservation period will be charged.
A credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
We do not accept checks or American Express cards.
