Available options on these dates are:
Accommodation with breakfast;
Accommodation with breakfast + lunch
*For invoiced payment approval, it is necessary to send the registration form along with 3 business contacts for approval by the finance department. Send the data to [email protected] with the RES number.
*The approval period for invoicing is up to 15 days.
*Invoiced reservations will only be accepted after approval by the finance department.
*Invoicing will be processed within 15 days after check-out, and the invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the reservation voucher.
Payment via Credit Card - International Operators
- The full amount of the reservation will be charged, within 14 days prior to the check-in date, in one installment without interest.
** ACCOMMODATION GROUP ** - A lodging group is considered to be a reservation of 10 or more apartments for the same period, linked to a single client or partner. Nuestro horario de atención al cliente es de 8:00 a 18:00 de lunes a viernes y de 9:00 a 17:00 los sábados y domingos.
Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate, meaning that reservations made using this rate cannot be cancelled and/or changed without charge.
In case of no-show, the total cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided.
There is no refund of the amount already paid.
Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10:00 AM on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
Cancellation requests for reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email ([email protected]) within 10 days before the check-in date, with a full refund. If cancellation is not requested within 10 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.
After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure, in any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the total value of the reservation period will be charged.
A credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
We do not accept checks or American Express cards.
