Invoiced payment -> National Operators
*For approval of invoiced payment, it is necessary to send the registration form together with 3 business contacts for approval with the financial department, send the data to [email protected] with the RES number.
*The deadline for approval of the invoice is up to 15 days.
*Invoiced reservations will only be accepted after approval by the financial department.
*Invoiced within 15 days after check-out, and the invoice will be sent to the email provided on the reservation voucher.
Payment by credit card - International Operators
-The full amount of the reservation will be charged within 14 days before the check-in date in 1 interest-free installment.
Cancellation Policies
This special offer is non-refundable, meaning the reservation cannot be canceled or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. There is no refund of any amount already paid.
On other dates:
*Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in the event of a no-show (NO SHOW), the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Requests to cancel reservations/packages will only be accepted if formalized via email ([email protected]) up to 14 days before the check-in date, with the full amount paid being refunded.
*If the cancellation is not requested within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Changes to the reservation period may be requested up to 14 days before the check-in date, upon checking availability, and the daily rate may be changed.
*After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in the event of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the full amount for the reservation period will be charged.
The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in the event of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
