Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation will be guaranteed after payment confirmation.

*Reservations with a non-refundable policy will be charged in full, and cancellations and/or changes are not permitted free of charge.*
Opening hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation Policies

*Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10:00 am the day after the check-in date. After this time, in the event of a no-show, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given.
*Reservation/package cancellation requests will only be accepted if formalized via email ([email protected]) up to 14 days before the check-in date, with a full refund.
*If cancellation is not requested within 14 days of the check-in date, no refund will be given.
*Reservation period changes may be requested up to 14 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. The daily rate may change.
*After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in the event of early departure, for any reservation, whether packaged or not, the full amount for the reservation period will be charged. The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
