Opening hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

Cancellation Policies

*Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in the event of a no-show (NO SHOW), the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Requests to cancel reservations/packages will only be accepted if formalized via email ([email protected]) up to 14 days before the check-in date, with the full amount paid being refunded.
*If the cancellation is not requested within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Changes to the reservation period may be requested up to 14 days before the check-in date, upon checking availability, and the daily rate may be changed.
*After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in the event of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the full amount for the reservation period will be charged.
The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in the event of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
