Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A refundable damage deposit of BRL 1500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as no damage to accommodation has occurred.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in the event of a no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.

Requests to cancel reservations/packages will only be accepted if formalized via email ([email protected]) up to 10 days before the check-in date, with the full amount paid being refunded. If the cancellation is not requested within 10 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.

After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in the event of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the full amount for the reservation period will be charged.

A credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in the event of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
