The reservation will be guaranteed after payment confirmed through Cielo. If payment is not confirmed by Cielo, contact us on 0800 300 6565 (option 1) to send a payment link.

Cancellation Policies

Reservation with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am of the day following the date of check in, after this time in case of no-show (no show) it will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid. Requests for cancellation of reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email ([email protected]) within up to 10 days before the check-in date Upon arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure , in any reservation, whether packaged or not, the total amount of the reservation period will be charged. The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above. We do not accept checks and American Express cards.
