Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation will be guaranteed after payment confirmation.
*The credit card used for the purchase must be presented at check-in.*

*Non-refundable reservations will be charged in full, and cancellations or changes are not permitted without charge.*
Customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cancellation Policies
This special offer is non-refundable, meaning the reservation cannot be canceled or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. There is no refund of any amount already paid.
On other dates:
*Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10 am on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in the event of a no-show (NO SHOW), the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Requests to cancel reservations/packages will only be accepted if formalized via email ([email protected]) up to 14 days before the check-in date, with the full amount paid being refunded.
*If the cancellation is not requested within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
*Changes to the reservation period may be requested up to 14 days before the check-in date, upon checking availability, and the daily rate may be changed.
*After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in the event of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the full amount for the reservation period will be charged.
The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in the event of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above.
