Pyrenéus Residence is a multi-ownership development; therefore, during your stay, it may be necessary to change apartments, depending on the availability of the unit initially booked. If this change is necessary, our reception team will inform you at check-in and will provide all necessary support to ensure your comfort and well-being during your stay. Guests may not use loud music devices in common areas or apartments, thus respecting the good coexistence of all guests, in accordance with the noise ordinance after 10 p.m. It is strictly forbidden to bring and consume food and beverages in common areas and pools, unless purchased at the resort's points of sale. Items available for loan at reception include hairdryers and safes (a deposit will be added to the account, and the amount will be refunded upon return of the item in perfect condition). The resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten items on its premises. Pets (only small dogs up to 10 kg) are allowed on the Dog Care premises, with daily rates specified by the local service provider. To board your dog in the apartment: If the guest chooses to bring a dog to the apartment, a cleaning fee of R$250.00 (two hundred and fifty reais) will be charged per stay, limited to a maximum of two (2) dogs per apartment. We only accept small dogs, up to 10 kg. One pet will receive one express bath. Any damage caused by pets to the apartment or resort will be the guest's responsibility and will be charged at check-out. Pets are permitted in common areas in the arms of guests, but not in food and beverage service areas.
