To guarantee the reservation, a valid credit card informed at time of booking is required.

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 48hrs before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out must be done until 12:00;
Early check-in or late check-out may generate additional charges, you must check with the reception on the day, we do not confirm these services in advance.

- One child up to six years old accompanied by two paying guests is not charged, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old are charged as an adult. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be complimentary and one will be charged as an additional amount;

- Pets are not allowed.
