El precio se expresa en reales brasileños (BRL).

Aparcamiento disponible por un suplemento (R$25,00 por vehículo y día).
Comida y bebidas: No se permite comprar comida ni bebidas fuera del hotel en las zonas comunes (vestíbulo, piscina y otras zonas).
El horario de entrada es a partir de las 14:00 h. La salida es hasta las 12:00 h. Las entradas o salidas anticipadas después de este horario están sujetas a la disponibilidad del hotel y conllevan un cargo adicional.
En caso de salida anticipada durante la estancia, el hotel cobrará el importe total de la tarifa diaria reservada.
Capacidad: 2 adultos + 1 niño de hasta 12 años / Niños de hasta 4 años: gratis, compartiendo cama con sus padres. | Niños de 5 a 12 años: se alojan en una cama supletoria con un cargo adicional. (CONSÚLTENOS PARA MÁS INFORMACIÓN SOBRE CADA CATEGORÍA).
Estatuto de la Niñez y la Adolescencia, Art. 82: Se prohíbe el alojamiento de niños, niñas y adolescentes en hoteles a menos que estén autorizados o acompañados por sus padres o tutores.
Menores acompañados por sus padres: Se requiere certificado de nacimiento o DNI.
Menores no acompañados por sus padres: Se requiere autorización notarial con el nombre del tutor acompañante y la firma de los padres.
Spa Serena: Se requiere cita previa. Solicite información en la recepción del hotel.
Política de mascotas: Se admiten hasta dos mascotas (perros o gatos) por apartamento, y solo en las plantas 2.ª y 4.ª, en las categorías Twin o Suite. No se admiten mascotas en las demás categorías. PARA RESERVAS CON MASCOTAS EN CATEGORÍAS QUE NO PERMITEN EL ALOJAMIENTO, EL HOTEL SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE CONTACTAR AL CLIENTE CON ANTELACIÓN PARA CAMBIAR LA RESERVA A UNA CATEGORÍA ADECUADA (PET-FRIENDLY - DOBLE O SUITE), SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD.
Se aplica una tarifa diaria de R$80.00 para mascotas pequeñas y medianas, y de R$115.00 para mascotas grandes.
Ofrecemos un kit para mascotas: una alfombra higiénica, una bolsa desechable, un comedero, un bebedero y un juguete. No se incluyen camas, mantas, toallas ni comida.

Durante la estancia, el dueño de la mascota debe limpiar sus heces y orina.

Cualquier daño a las telas, alfombras o muebles del apartamento se reembolsará íntegramente, según las tarifas proporcionadas por la administración del hotel.
