Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the hotel at any time prior to the check-in date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo).
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

Non-refundable rate – This rate offers special conditions and, therefore, does not allow cancellations or changes.
In case of cancellation, change to the reserved period, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
Early check-out: In case of early departure during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked nights.
There are no refunds.

The price is expressed in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
We do not charge any fees/taxes on the daily rates.
Included services: breakfast, Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool and gym.
Parking without valet service, with an additional charge (R$28.00 per vehicle/day).
Food and Beverages: Consumption of food and beverages purchased outside the hotel is not permitted in common areas (Lobby, Pool and other spaces).
Check-in time from 2:00 PM. Check-out time until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel availability and will incur additional charges.
In case of early departure during your stay, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reserved daily rates.
The apartments can accommodate up to 1 child in an extra bed at an additional cost.

Statute of Children and Adolescents Article 82: It is prohibited to lodge a child or adolescent in a hotel, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians:
Minor accompanied by parents: presentation of Birth Certificate or ID is mandatory.
Minor unaccompanied by parents: presentation of an authenticated authorization via GOV.BR or at a notary office is mandatory, containing the name of the accompanying guardian and the signature of the parents.
