Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the hotel at any time prior to the check-in date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo).
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

Non-refundable rate – This rate offers special conditions and, therefore, does not allow cancellations or changes.
In case of cancellation, change to the reserved period, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
Early check-out: In case of early departure during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked nights.
There are no refunds.

The price is expressed in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
We do not charge fees/taxes on the daily rates.
Included services: breakfast, Wi-Fi, pool, and gym.
Self-parking is available for an additional fee (R$28.00 per vehicle per day).
Food and Beverages: Food and beverages purchased outside the hotel are not permitted in the common areas (lobby, pool, and other areas).
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Early check-ins or check-outs after the permitted time are subject to hotel availability and will incur additional charges.
In the event of an early check-out during your stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reserved daily rate.
The apartments can accommodate up to 1 child in an extra bed for an additional fee. Child and Adolescent Statute Art. 82: Children and adolescents are prohibited from staying in hotels unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians:
Minors accompanied by their parents: must present a birth certificate or ID card.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents: must present a notarized authorization containing the name of the accompanying guardian and the parents' signature.
