Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Early check-ins or departures after these times are subject to hotel availability and will incur additional charges.
In the event of an early check-out during your stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reserved daily rate.

Children and Adolescents Statute, Art. 82: Children and adolescents are prohibited from staying in hotels unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Minors accompanied by their parents: must present a birth certificate or ID.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents: must present a notarized authorization containing the name of the accompanying guardian and the parents' signature.

Pet-Friendly Policy: Pets (dogs or cats) are only allowed on the 1st floor, in the Twin Room or Master Suite categories. The other categories are not pet-friendly. FOR RESERVATIONS MADE WITH PETS IN CATEGORIES THAT DO NOT ALLOW PET ACCOMMODATION, THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE TO RELEASE THE RESERVATION TO A SUITABLE CATEGORY (PET-FRIENDLY - TWIN OR SUITE), ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY.

A daily fee of R$80.00 applies for small and medium-sized pets and R$115.00 for large pets.

During the stay, the pet owner must pick up feces and urine. The use of bedding (sheets, towels, blankets, dishes, cups, etc.) is prohibited for your pet. A special cleaning fee of R$100.00 will be charged, plus reimbursement for any misused items.
