Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the hotel at any time prior to the check-in date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo).
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policies

3/1/2025 - 3/4/2025
4/18/2025 - 4/20/2025
7/9/2025 - 7/15/2025
10/10/2025 - 10/12/2025
2/13/2026 - 2/17/2026

Non-refundable rate – This rate offers special conditions and, therefore, does not allow cancellations or changes.
In case of cancellation, change to the reserved period, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
Early check-out: In case of early departure during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked nights.
There are no refunds.

On other dates:

Cancellation of reservations without charge is permitted up to 2 (two) days before the check-in date.
For cancellations outside this period or in case of no-show on the reserved date, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged, according to the chosen payment method. The amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
