Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the hotel at any time prior to the check-in date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo).
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

Cancellation of reservations without charge is not permitted.
In case of cancellation, change of period or failure to appear on the reserved date (no-show), the full amount of the accommodation will be charged, according to the chosen payment method. And the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
Early check-out: In case of early departure during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the daily rates reserved.

On other dates:

Cancellation of reservations without charge is permitted up to 02 (two) days before the check-in date.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the check-in date or in the event of non-attendance on the reserved date (no-show), the full amount of the accommodation will be charged, according to the chosen payment method. The amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
