Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the hotel at any time prior to the check-in date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo).
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

Non-refundable rate – This rate offers special conditions and, therefore, does not allow cancellations or changes.
In case of cancellation, change to the reserved period, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
Early check-out: In case of early departure during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked nights.
There are no refunds.

On other dates:

Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to two (2) days before the check-in date.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full stay charge, according to the chosen payment method. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
