Made within these deadlines (48h and 96h before), the deposit will be transformed into a credit for the next date. After this it will be considered NO SHOW and there is no obligation to transform it into credit.
General Policy

* Non-smoking room.
* Full board included (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Drinks such as water and juices included with lunch and dinner.
* Includes monitoring (children aged 3 and over), zip line, tree climbing, rappelling, kayaking, climbing wall and archery (carried out according to the hotel's schedule).
* We charge a 10% service fee on accommodation, drinks and extras.
* We charge a corkage fee on drinks brought by guests.
* Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
LOCATION OF ACCOMMODATION:
We do not guarantee your accommodation based on location, floor or number.
We give priority to ground floors for families with babies or elderly guests.
