Deposit / Guarantee Policies

FULL payment at time of booking is required, the rate is non-refundable, and payment must be made by credit card provided at time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the payment made is non-refundable. Reservation changes are considered as cancellations, with no refund of payments already made.
Cancellation must be done 48 hours before arrival. For cancellation of packages for holidays and high season, the deadline is 96 hours. Made within these deadlines (48h and 96h before), the deposit will be transformed into a credit for the next date. After this it will be considered NO SHOW and there is no obligation to transform it into credit.
