Payment Policy

For all reservations where the guarantee or payment is made by credit card, the Hotel collects a Pre-Authorization on the card 15 days before the check-in date.
Please be aware that the hotel does not accept third-party credit cards for payment or for the No Show Guarantee, whether at check-in or in advance.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation can be made 24 hours before the check-in date.
