Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days in advance up to 1 (one) day before the Check-in date: A) If the reservation has been prepaid: The full amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine. B) If the reservation has been invoiced: the full fine will be charged after the scheduled check-out date. C) If the reservation is subject to direct payment at the Hotel: the full fine will be charged after the scheduled check-out date.
On other dates:
Cancellations made 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date: Charge of 1 night's fee as a fine. A) If the reservation was prepaid: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee and reimbursement of the amount proportional to the remaining daily rates. At the discretion of the hotel, the customer may be offered, in lieu of reimbursement, a Free Credit Card, which must be used within 1 (one) year from its issuance. B) If the reservation is invoiced: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date. C) If the reservation is subject to direct payment at the Hotel: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
“No Show”: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee. A) If the reservation has been prepaid: Charge of 01 (one) daily fee and reimbursement of the amount proportional to the remaining daily fees. B) If the reservation is invoiced: The fine will be sent after the scheduled check-out date. C) If the reservation is subject to direct payment at the Hotel: The fine will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
d) The customer may reschedule and/or change the reservation up to 08 (eight) days before check-in, however such changes will be subject to the new conditions in force on the new date and configuration chosen. Rescheduling and/or changing a reservation will only be permitted 7 (seven) days in advance up to 1 (one) day before the Check-in date, in the event of one of the following situations:
In the event that the guest is unable to use the contracted services due to a health problem or death of a member of the reservation or a relative up to the 2nd degree, or even cancellation at the initiative of the Airline, Aviva, upon presentation of the corresponding supporting document (e.g.: medical certificate indicating the CID, or laboratory result in the case of covid, death certificate or document issued by the Airline - which must be presented within 48 business hours after notification of the change/cancellation of the flight), will grant, for prepaid reservations, the issuance of a letter of credit (for cancellations before check-in) or a refund (for cancellation before the check-in date or “no show”) and, in the case of invoiced reservations, will proceed with the cancellation free of charge
