Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of purchase to guarantee accommodation. This amount may be refunded up to 10 days after purchasing the reservation in cases of cancellation within 7 days.

Cancellation Policies

This reservation cannot be changed dates and/or canceled free of charge. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Unless canceled within 7 days of purchasing the reservation, in this case any amount paid for the same reservation will be refunded.
