Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount within 24 hours of issuing the reservation voucher to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellations or changes that involve refunds provided for in the cancellation policy, the customer needs to contact the reservations center via email [email protected] to request a refund of the amounts.
Cancellation Policies
The Guest may cancel up to 3 days before the check-in date at no cost. In case of cancellations within less than 3 calendar days, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
