Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount within 72 hours of the booking voucher being issued to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellations or changes involving refunds as provided in the cancellation policy, the customer must contact the reservations center via email at [email protected] to request a refund.
Cancellation Policies
The Guest may cancel up to 3 days before the check-in date at no cost. In case of cancellations within less than 3 calendar days, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
