Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The customer must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation within 24 hours after the booking voucher is issued to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellations or changes involving refunds provided for in the cancellation policy, the customer must contact the reservations center via email [email protected] to request a refund.
Cancellation Policies
The Guest may cancel up to 24 hours before the check-in date without any cost. In case of cancellations less than 01 calendar days in advance, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
