Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of purchase to guarantee accommodation.

Cancellation Policies

This reservation cannot be changed in dates and/or canceled without cost. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Except for cancellations made up to 7 days after the purchase of the reservation, in which case any amount paid for the same reservation will be refunded.
