Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY 1) Reservations canceled up to 30 days in advance of the arrival date will return 100% of the amount deposited within 60 calendar days after the request via email, minus administrative expenses. Cancellation and refund must be made by email. 2) Reservations canceled 29 and 15 days in advance of the arrival date will only be refunded 50%. Cancellation and refund must be made by email. 3) Reservations canceled up to 14 days or 96 hours in advance of the start of the contracted daily rates, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED. 4) No-Show: It is considered a No-Show when the guest does not show up at the hotel, without prior notice or contact, until 5:00 pm on the day the contracted daily rates begin, at which point the reservation will be canceled and the apartment released for new reservations. In this case, there will be no refunds. We ask that you please provide your arrival time if it is after 5:00 pm. 5) In case of early departure, the total value of the contracted package will be charged, given that a reservation has been made for the entire period, making it impossible to reserve for someone else. 6) Transfer of Ownership: Reservations may be transferred and used by other people, at the discretion of the reserver, on the same dates and conditions, and must be informed in writing in advance by email. 7) Reservation rescheduling, respecting the deadlines mentioned above, reservation with deposit may be rescheduled in another period within 01 (one) year, depending on availability, except holidays and commemorative dates. 7.1) Interest and/or monetary correction will not apply to the above amount, regardless of the time it is not used. 7.2) The credit ALWAYS refers to the VALUE, and never to the number of daily rates and/or suite model, as during special periods (holidays) the rates charged for daily rates are different and or the previously booked model is not available. 7.3) The use of credit may be requested at any time within the period stated above, always subject to the availability of vacancies in the inn's suites. 7.4) The number of rescheduling reservations to use the credit will be a maximum of 02 (two) times, that is, after canceling the reservation that originated the credit, the customer will be able to reschedule the reservation and subsequently cancel it for a maximum of 02 times . Afterwards, the credit amount will be automatically cancelled. 7.5) The transfer of credit ownership will be at the discretion of the credit holder, subject to written communication to the hotel (e-mail), always complying with the other conditions stipulated here. Other conditions not provided for in this description will be clarified on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the hotel's internal rules.
