Cancellation Policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 calendar days from its confirmation in case of cancellation (consumer code Art. 49).
In case of cancellation 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty or surcharge will be charged.
In case of cancellation 15 days before the check-in date, 01 night will be charged as a penalty.
In case of cancellation 15 days within the check-in period, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, a “no-show” fine of 100% of the reservation value will be applied.
