PROVISIONAL Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 1 day before check-in without additional charges.

- Cancellations made within 1 day of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.

- No-shows (no-shows without prior notice) will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We ask our guests to understand that late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of revenue for us, due to the inability to reallocate the reserved room to other guests.
