You must enter your full credit card details for the reservation to be made.

** Note: We only accept credit cards from the reservation holder and it will be necessary to present the physical card at check-in.

To confirm the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged. After making the deposit, please send the receipt to the email: [email protected]

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/24/2025 - 1/17/2026

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Periods of less than 30 days from check-in there will be no refund for the reservation.

On other dates:

Cancellations and changes 14 days before the Check-in date: Customer will not be refunded.
