General Policy
Our daily rates start at 3:00 PM and end at 12:00 PM (noon) each day. All guests must present an official photo ID at check-in. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent and present an official ID. The designated guardian must provide written authorization from one of the parents (notarized signature). Rates are per night and per apartment. Taxes are not included in the daily rate. We charge a 10% service charge on food and beverages. Tourist tax, charged separately (optional). Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant. Reservations cannot be canceled or changed. Reservations are non-refundable. Valet parking is available - charged separately.
