Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Billing is subject to prior credit analysis and approval, unless otherwise stated. For bank deposits, proof of payment must be sent no later than 48 business hours prior to check-in (to validate receipt). For credit card payments, the total amount will be debited at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations/Changes to reservations: Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date. After this date/time, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged. "NO SHOW" (Failure to appear): The first night's stay will be charged.
