Only fully prepaid reservations with an irrevocable guarantee will be accepted. Prepayment must be made via bank deposit or credit card

On other dates:

If paying by credit card, the full amount will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2025 - 1/4/2026

Full payment at the time of booking, cancellation and/or changes are not permitted.

On other dates:

Cancellations/Changes of reservations: reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the day of check-in. After this day/time, the full period will be charged as a penalty.

In case of no-show and early departure, the full period of the reservation will be charged.
