The credit card used for booking may be charged at any time after check-in. This modality does not allow changes or cancellations.

Reservations with NON-REFUNDABLE policy. Changes to reservations will be subject to availability and difference in fare values. After making the reservation, the daily rates will be debited and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show (NO SHOW).

*In cases of purchase under the NON-REFUNDABLE rate policy, full payment is required at the time of booking, with payment made by debiting the credit card provided in the system.
In case of cancellation, no-show (NO SHOW) or early departure, the payment made is not refundable. Check the cancellation policy applied to the rate at the time and period of reservation
Daily rates begin at 2:00 pm on the guest's arrival date and end at 12:00 pm on the guest's departure date. For arrivals and departures outside these times, the hotel must be consulted regarding availability and rates;
Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 on the day after the day of arrival, with a daily charge charged to your credit card in case of no-show;
Reservations confirmed with direct payment at the hotel must be paid upon check-in, using cash or credit cards (American Express, Visa or Mastercard, Elo) or debit. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT.
The complimentary child may be accommodated in the same bed as their parents or guardians;
The third person (children over 7 years old and adults) in the apartment will be accommodated in an extra bed upon availability and charge according to policy;
It is essential to present the identity document of guests (adults and minors) at check-in;
Accommodation of children or adolescents in hotels, motels, guesthouses, inns or similar establishments is prohibited, unless authorized or accompanied by parents or guardians – Art. 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8,069, of 07/13/1990 );
If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, written authorization from both parents must be submitted at check-in, with signatures duly notarized along with the minor's identity document.
- Early check in and late check out requests will be accommodated subject to hotel availability and subject to charges according to the requested times.
